Audi A3 (8Y) – Activate Lane Assist memory function (Coding)

Purpose: Allows you to keep the Lane Assist function in memory, if you deactivate it, the Lane Assist does not automatically restart at the next start.

Proceed:
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer then connect the other end to the diagnostic socket of your vehicle or your OBDeleven box.

2 – Switch on the ignition then launch the VCDS program or the OBDeleven application.

Line 1:

3 – Click on “  Select  ” then click on “  A5 – Frt Sens. Drv. Assist ”.

4 – Click on “ Coding – 07  ” then click on “  Long Coding Assistant ” 

5 – Choose the byte “  09 ” 
Then check Bit 0-1 “  03 Configuration_for_lane_departure_warning_Kl15, Last_setting ”
