Purpose : Allows you to set the speed thresholds for activating/deactivating the high beam assistant (light assist).

Information: no longer works on Audi A3 8V2 Facelift

 

Proceed:
1 – With the engine off and the ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer and then connect the other end to the diagnostic socket of your vehicle.

2 – Switch on the ignition and then start the VCDS program.

 

 

Adjust the speed threshold for activating the high beam assist:

 

3 – Click on “  Select  ” then click on “ A5 – Front Camera ”.

4 – Click on “  Security Access – 16  ” then type the code “ 20103 ”

5 – Click on “ Adaptation – 10 ”

6 – Choose Channel : “  the activation speed for the high beam assistant  ” or “  Akti vierungsgeschwindigkeit für Fernlichtassistent”

Adjust the value accordingly
Default value: 57 km/h

 

 

Adjust the speed threshold for deactivating the high beam assistant:

 

3 – Click on “  Select  ” then click on “ A5 – Front Camera ”.

4 – Click on “  Security Access – 16  ” then type the code “ 20103 ”

5 – Click on “ Adaptation – 10 ”

6 – Choose Channel “the speed threshold for the high beam recommendation” or “Geschwindigkeitsschwelle für Fernlichtempfehlung”

Adjust the value accordingly
Default value: 27 km/h
