Audi A3 (8V) – Heated seat memory (Coding)
Operation: When you turn on the heated seat(s), as soon as you remove the key from the ignition the setting is immediately cut off. With this activation when you turn the ignition back on the seat will have returned to the level at which you left it.
Proceed:
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer then connect the other end to the diagnostic socket of your vehicle.
2 – Switch on the ignition then launch the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on “ Select ” then click on “ 08 – Climatronic ”.
4 – Click on “ Adaptation – 10 ”.
5 – On this page, at the very top, there is a drop-down menu.
In this drop-down menu, choose
” Retention of driver’s seat heater level ” for Driver’s seat heater memory
and/or “ Retention of passenger’s seat heater level ” for Passenger seat heater memory
