Audi A3 (8V) – Front indicators and LEDs in phase opposition (Coding)
Purpose: Allows you to configure the front turn signals and LED (DRL) in phase opposition.
Attention!! There are 6 lines of coding to do here. Save your original coding. (A3 Phase 1 only)
Proceed:
1 – With the engine off and the ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to
the computer and then connect the other end to the diagnostic socket on your vehicle.
2 – Turn on the ignition and start the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on “ Select ” then click on “ 09 – Power Plant ”.
4 – Click on “ Security Access – 16 ” then type the code “ 31347 ”
5 – Click on “ Adaptation – 10 ”.
6 – On this page, at the very top, there is a drop-down menu.
In this drop-down menu, choose “ Leuchte2SL VLB10-Lichtfunktion G 2 ”
7 – On this same page, there is a second drop-down menu but towards the bottom
of the page.
On the latter, choose “ Blinken Links Hellphase ” then validate.
Line 2:
3 – Click on “ Select ” then click on “ 09 – Power Plant ”.
4 – Click on “ Security Access – 16 ” then type the code “ 31347 ”
5 – Click on “ Adaptation – 10 ”.
6 – On this page, at the very top, there is a drop-down menu.
In this drop-down menu, choose “ Leuchte2SL VLB10-Dimmwert GH 2 ”
7 – On this same page, there is a second drop-down menu but towards the bottom
of the page.
On the latter, choose “ 0 ” then validate.
