Audi A3 (8V) Facelift – Activate hidden MMI menu (Coding)
Purpose : Allows to activate the hidden menu of the MMI MIB2 High Scale (Hidden Menu / Green Menu / Engineering Menu).
Proceed:
1 – With the engine off and the ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer and then connect the other end to the diagnostic socket of your vehicle.
2 – Switch on the ignition and then launch the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on “ Select ” and then click on “ 5F – Electrical Information ”.
4 – Click on “ Adaptation – 10 ”.
5 – Choose “ Developer test mode ” or “ Developer mode ” then activate.
No need to restart the MMI.
To open the hidden menu with NAV/MAP (or CAR) and RADIO. First press and hold NAV/MAP (or CAR), then press RADIO additionally and wait 5 seconds .
