Audi A3 (8V) – Activate the intrusion alarm with horn (Coding)
Purpose: Allows an alarm with horn to be activated in the event of intrusion into the locked vehicle when the door is opened.
Attention!! There are 11 lines of coding to do here.
For Audi A3 8V phase 1 without original alarm!
Proceed:
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer then connect the other end to the diagnostic socket of your vehicle.
2 – Switch on the ignition then start the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on “ Select ” then click on “ 09- Power station ”.
4 – Click on “ Security Access – 16 ” then type the code “ 31347 ”
5 – Click on “ Coding – 07 ”. then click on “ Long Coding Wizard ”
6 – Choose byte “ 12 ”
Then check that Bit “ 0 ” “ Anti-theft-System installed/Active ” and Bit “ 6 ” “ Start Anti-theft Alarm delay with Mechanical ” are checked.
