SSP 143 – Motronic 1992: 20V Engine / V8 Engine
The Motronic engine management system is known from the 20V (turbo) engine and the 3.6 L V8 engine and is described in the self-study programs SSP 111 and SSP 105.
The revision of these engines for model year 1992 also led to an update of the Motronic system.
This self-study program summarizes the most important changes in both engine management systems.
Note:
The changes made to the Motronic for the 4.2 L V8 engine also apply to the 3.6 L V8 engine from model year 1992 onward.
