Audi A3 (8Y) – Meter display on Virtual Cockpit (Coding)

Purpose: Allows you to modify, customize the Active Info Display / Virtual Cockpit in order to modify the counter and the Vmax.
Proceed:
1 – With the engine off and the ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer and then connect the other end to the diagnostic socket of your vehicle or your OBDeleven box.
2 – Turn on the ignition and launch the VCDS program or the OBDeleven application.
Line 1:
3 – Click on “ Select ” then click on “ 17- Instruments ”.
4 – Click on “ Adaptation – 10 ”
5 – On this page, at the very top, there is a drop-down menu. In this drop-down menu, choose the channel “ Tachometer ” / “ Tachometer end value ” / “Speedometer_final_value”
6 – In the “ Value: ” option choose one of the 6 variants
Variant 0 = 260 km/h (standard)
Variant 1 = 280 km/h
Variant 2 = 240 km/h
Variant 3 = 300 km/h
Variant 4 = 320 km/h
Variant 5 = 260 km/h with intermediate values
Variant 6 = 280 km/h with intermediate values
