Audi A3 (8P) – Activate Turn Signals in US Mode (Coding)
Purpose: Allows you to activate the US turn signals. (Only for A3 8P phase 1)
Proceed:
1 – With the engine off and the ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer and then connect the other end to the diagnostic socket on your vehicle.
2 – Turn on the ignition and start the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on “ Select ” then click on “ 09- Power station ”.
4 – Click on “ Coding 07 ”.
5 – Select module “0” and click on “Long coding assistant”:
Byte 7 : Put the value 32 in the Dec box (or decimal in yellow on the image)

14 (corresponds to 20% variation of the indicators)
1E (corresponds to 30% variation of the indicators)
28 (corresponds to 40% variation of the indicators)
